Which Xbox 360 game should I get?

Well, I can't decide between Batman: Arkham Asylum, and Just Cause 2. Even if you've played only one of the games, please tell me what you think of the game you played. Thanks. Oh, and what do you think of Arkham City's trailer? I'm definitely getting it. How about you?
