Stage Three Gerber Baby Food?

My 10 month old has been on stage 1 and 2 baby food for awhile. Lately, she seems bored with her food and isn't eating as good as she use to. I went to walmart the other day and bought 2 jars of stage 3 gerber baby food. I bought lasagna and apples with cinnamon and oatmeal. About 10 minutes ago I tried to feed her the food for her supper. At first she acted like she liked it. Then she started to gag on the food and when I tried to offer really small bites she just turned her head away and pushed the spoon away. She does have teeth. She has two bottom ones and four top ones that are half way in. She eats the gerber puff cookie things just fine. Is she not ready for stage three? What do I feed her since she seems bored with stage 2?
