HOW are illegals and deportees crossing the border from mexico so easily and getting in US ?

A person who enters illegally by sneaking over the border or using a false passport cannot claim asylum. His application will be rejected, and he will be ordered deported. People can and do sneak in and live here for years, but they live with an ever present risk of getting caught and it is virtually impossible for them to get papers to live here legally.
