How to wean my baby to the bottle?

I don't know-- my son LOVED the bottle right from the start...so much so that he hated breastfeeding thereafter, but I still mainly breast fed until 4 months...now he is just on formula and I BF at night in the early morning. Have you tried the NUK nipples for bottles? My son didn't like the NUKS but lots of babies do I have heard.
