Which baby food brand is better in taste and health?

I started to give my 5 month old Stage 1 of Beechnut, Gerber, Earth's best and fresh bananas. He loves it all! I read the labels and some foods have more nutrients than others and flavor is different. I personally find gerber to be very watered down in comparison as other brands. So, if you pick Gerber don't reply because I don't think it competes with the other brands.
