What kind of plant is this?

The flowers are on individual stems. They are red with black at the base of each petal. The flowers have 21 petals with a bunch of tiny little petal-looking things at the center of the flowers. It looks kind of like a gerber daisy but I don't think it is. The leaves of the plant are thick and shiny. They look like succulent leaves. I want to know what it is so I can look up how to care for it, where to plant it, etc. Any ideas? Thanks.
