I need some help! Baby piglets!?

I have two 10 day old piglets I am bottle feeding (their mother would not take care of them and ate the rest of the litter). The day after I got them they started having a bit of diarrhea so I started mixing gerber rice cereal. Now the problem is I think they are constipated. What do I do. It went from one Extreme to the other.
